All custom and made‑to‑order items are final sale and non‑refundable. Because each piece is handmade and personalized, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing or production begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.

Non‑custom items may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, unworn, in original condition, and requested within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@decormebychelsi.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a repair, replacement, or refund when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to process.

Exchanges may be offered for non custom items depending on availability. Custom and madetoorder items are no eligible for exchanges.
