Handmade Items & Natural Variations

All products sold by Decor Me by Chelsi LLC are handmade. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight imperfections and variations in color, texture, sizing, or finish are normal and should be expected. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the uniqueness of handmade goods. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the final product due to lighting, screen settings, and materials used.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing, correct errors, or discontinue products at our sole discretion. All items are subject to availability.

Orders & Custom Items

• Orders are considered accepted once payment is successfully processed.

• Custom items are final sale and non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.

Processing Time

Orders require up to 10 business days for processing prior to shipment. Processing time does not include shipping time and may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment & Taxes

We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the destination address and current tax laws.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship only within the United States.

• Orders ship via USPS.

• Estimated shipping time is based on the shipping type selected during checkout; however, delivery times ultimately depend on USPS and are not guaranteed.

• Decor Me by Chelsi LLC is not responsible for delays or damages once the package is in USPS possession.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

• Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange at our discretion. Requests must be made in writing within a reasonable time after delivery.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes:

• Are valid on one item per order

• Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

• Have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued at any time

If your order includes sensitive personal information and you prefer it not to be shared, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate privacy requests when possible.
